A new patient to the practice, I was pleased to be scheduled two days after I called. I was seen on time and handled professionally by the staff and the doctor. The staff was helpful in selecting new frames and knowledgeable about what was covered by my insurance. In the end, my bill was $0 for my new glasses! They came in within a week and the staff got me in, fitted, and out the the door without hassle. Will definately be a repeat patient.
