No one likes to get a bad review, including myself. I've been doing hair for 40 years and this one's my first. I love what I do, care about my clients, my business and I strive for perfection. I had a feeling when I first consulted this client ( I spent 1/2 hr. consulting her and 1 hour on her haircut) that she would be a challenge. We all encounter people that no matter what you do you can't please them. \r
I am sorry I could not please you.
