My beloved Matag dryer stopped working. I tried another repair service company and was not pleased with their ""service."" They never showed up. I was without my dryer for days. Finally, I called Famous Appliance. They came right out that same day, accurately diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix my dryer. I will call them again if I have another problem.\r
P.S. The problem developed because I was too lazy to move the storage stuff away from the dryer to access the dryer vent to reconnect it. It had come loose. The result, ladies, was a premature breakdown of parts related to lint build up in them. I could have burned my house down, too!. Learn from my stupidity, girls. ""An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."" !!!
