Horrible Program! Don't waste the application fee 5/30/2011

When I first started with my AS degree in 2008 I was so impressed with the accelerated program, teachers, and the ability to attend class 1 time a week. Fast forward through multiple tuition increases, horrible adjunct teachers, a new college president, total disorganization between departments (financial aid, student services), and being over charged by an ""incompetent staff member"" (another staff members exact words). Then, after they fixed that staff member's mistake of charging me twice for one class I was told I can't graduate with my class because I now have a balance due on my account stemming from another staff member's inability to understand that once a student is 25 he/she no longer qualifies to have their parents apply for the parent plus loan on their behalf. Therefore when creating my financial aid package for me my parents information should not have been considered. Since he couldn't comprehend that I wasn't given enough financial aid and 1 month before my expected graduation he catches his mistake and informs me that unfortunately since I just completed my last class I am no longer a student and he could help me no further. Keep in mind I have received all A's and only 3 B's during my entire degree program. I always had all of my FAFSA/financial aid information turned in on time and my bill was always paid up until this error on my account. Don't even bother with this college. They are horrible and only care about money. They are extremely unprofessional. I am now paying off the balance and will never get the chance to walk at my graduation. In addition, they have recently changed their program structure that does not meet the needs of working adults. I wish I went to Wilmington University! more
