I have been going to Natural Oasis for several years since moving to Spring Hill. I liked the first couple of stylists I used, but due to high turnover, I finally stopped using their services for hair and have been using them only for facials and brow waxes.\r

For about he past year, their front desk customer service has been going down hill. I have called several times and been put on hold for 3-5 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Today at four minutes I hung up and called back and complained. The girl on the phone was rude and offered no apology or explaination.\r

Their level of professionalism is not consistant with the prices.\r

On one visit I asked about a couple of girls that used to work there that I liked. I was told they were now working at Salon Blonde. I hung up and called Salon Blone for an appointment. Maybe they took all the courteous staff.\r
