I smashed the back end of my Volvo, which local dealerships would have charged me upwards of $900 to repair. I called Mike of OSS and he came over immediately to assess the situation. He was able to locate all the original Volvo parts needed and repair it IN MY DRIVEWAY with an absolute minimum of fuss. For this literally curbside service, he charged LESS THAN HALF the dealership estimate---and the car works perfectly. I can't sing this gentleman's praises enough!
