Murray Motors has several problems-- Their sales department and their service department are two totally separate entities that DO NOT COMMUNICATE. I leased a Mercedes C300 from Murray. On returning it they charged me about $600 to service it. They told me that I was obligated to have the service done and that if I didn't, the dealership would charge me more for the service when I returned the car. After reading my lease, I had the service performed. I was later told that I did not need to perform this service per my lease agreement. The service department COMPLETELY MISLED ME.
