I recently went to Jannell Ford to inquire about an ad I saw online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman name Richard Bernard. Mr. Bernard was extremely helpful and answered every question I had ,he also had a great personality, he joked with my wife and I, and made us forget we were buying a car. Needles to say, we purchased a new vehicle and then we were directed into the finance office, where we sat down with Kathy ??, who was also wonderful, she explained all of our options. I was amazed that within one hour we were driving in our new Ford Explorer. I love my new car. Thank you Jannell Ford.
