The Tri-Lakes YMCA has closed my account on two occasions because of a book keeping issue. None of my information ever changed. They didn't waive any fee's nor took any responsibility. Aside from being unhelpful and rude to anyone that they don't seem to be attracted to, there's no real pool and have terrible hours. Maybe the manager should be out front more. Of the 4 gyms that I have been a part of over 11 years this is the worst. It is a glorified child care facility.
