Don is VERY smooth and nice on the phone and in person. He seems like wonderful person.
I was quoted (verbal) one price and charged a much higher price when the job was finished. I was told several times the engine was new when I was quoted the price. When the job was done I find out.......they call a re-manufactured (used) engine, new. A re-manufactured engine is not new, it is a used engine with new parts.
By the time everything was all said and done, it was just a little less than if I had the dealership put in a new factory engine.
I would not recommend them to anyone
