This is the second time we have used 72 degrees & it was a very good experience.
We called on a Sunday morning & we were worried that we were going to be paying extra for a weekend call. The price to come out was the same regardless of the day that 72 degrees comes to do the work. The technician got there when he said he would & fixed the unit quickly.
