STAY AWAY!!!!! Quite possibly the worst customer service i have ever encountered at ANY business. We ordered and payed for up front for over $4200 worth of bedroom furniture. We were told it would be delivered 6-8 wks later. about 2 weeks after the sale we noticed the bedroom set was no longer on their website. We called the salesman and were assured the order was still ok and our furniture would be delivered on time. 2 weeks ago we called to verify our delivery date. We were told the set had been discontinued and that they had lost our invoice. They did give us the option of ordering something else....nearly 6 wks later. Are you kidding me? After two calls and being told the manager was not available, i was assured that the total amount would be credited back immediately to my card. Today, two weeks later, I finally had to physically go to the store and demand my money back. Again, the manager was unavailable. Is there actually a store manager at this location? And to top it off, an hour after we got back home Ashley called to tell us that our furniture set had been discontinued and they would not be able to deliver as promised. No kidding. STAY AWAY!!!
