To start I only gave a 1 star rating because Apt are updated and nice looking inside and they keep up on repairs. What you really need to consider before you move in. These apartments have paper thin walls !!! you can here everthing, smell everything since everyone's duct work is connected. when you open the window for fresh air forget it, smokers on there balconies and passing by comes right in not to mention the bad exaust from heavy traffic from the street and through the apartment.
