My husband and I were looking into filing bankruptcy and we didn't know who to call or even where to start. We searched the internet and there was Michael Jude listed. Because of his firm being members of the BBB, we decided to call him. From the very first phone call, Michael's staff was phenomenal. Charlie was so helpful answering our questions - and we did have many over the couple weeks until we finally decided to meet with Michael. At the time of our meeting with Michael, we were a bit nervous and scared about what was happening but Michael reminded us that it is ok and that we will be ok. We also never felt like just a dollar sign to Michael - we felt like he truly cared about us. Dealing with others in his staff over the next month or so was also a fabulous experience. We dealt with Cara - hope it spelled it right, Matt, Hope, Heidi, Tracy and Jennifer. Each time we had a question, everyone was always ready to help.
We had our 341 hearing today and let me tell you our anxiety level was pretty high - especially for my husband, but Michael not only came over to us as soon as he got there but continued to check on us and make sure we were doing ok and if we had any questions. That made ALL the difference in the world. It enabled us to calm down a bit and realize that this was going to be ok.
We would HIGHLY recommend Michael Jude and his staff to anyone who is even thinking about filing bankruptcy. They truly went above and beyond to make this scary process so much easier.
