I have purchased Blinds from Clermont Decorating and Blinds for my two homes in Clermont last year. I am actually appalled at the previous comments because I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company.
If you read your Hunter Douglas warranty(Because I read it) it clearly states that the lifetime warranty kicks in once the blind has reached the Hunter Douglas center!! The warranty covers the actual repair!! If you need your car repaired then YOU take it to the repair shop! It's the same concept! The warranty states this just read it! lol The repair is free! This is what the warranty covers.
If your blind needs repaired then you must pay the shipping to get it to the repair center or get it to your Clermont Dealer pay them the shipping and they will ship it to Hunter Douglas who will repair your blind.
