OK, so I am a neighborhood person and I try to support the local shops by buying local and not shopping online. I have been burned more than once (I know, shame on me) by Baby Grand. It breaks my heart, to be honest. The store is lovely and they carry many nice organic and eco-friendly items. We bought our crib, BOB and a high chair there... as well as many smaller day-to-day items. Again, with many mixed emotions, I have to give them a poor rating for customer service. The BOB took an additional 3 months to arrive - nearly 6 weeks after baby was born. Not only that, we were outright lied to about the arrival date. Not even, ""hey we are not completely sure an exact date but..."" They called to tell us it was in (finally) and when we showed up (immediately), it was not put together, which took an additional two days. We had similar problems with the high chair and padding for the chair. I actually started noting what they were telling me because they continuously changed their story. I still shop there from time to time, but will NEVER AGAIN special order anything. more
