Okay, we read some of the reviews, but realized that a lot of the people complaining were complaining about their images and then going to go and complain to management. I am in the medical field and even most pregnant mothers know that ultrasound is just ultrasound - not photography or glamour shots. Just because the baby doesn't cooperate and you don't get great images, you can't go blame the company. And when I read that Baby's First Images give mothers a second chance Redo when the baby doesn't cooperate, I decided to give them a try. I figure they have been around for almost 8 years so they must be doing something right. Well, unfortunately my baby was not one to cooperate. So I had to do the Redo and come back. The Redo images were much better - and not because I had a better tech (had same tech) - it was because the baby was cooperating. My husband and I were just so happy to focus on the bonding of the baby and being with the baby, not just the pictures and video. Sometimes I think these ladies forget that. Everyone in the company treated us like royalty. Even the owner who answered some questions for us. I would and will highly recommend this place to all of my friends and co-workers. You can tell right when you walk in to the facility that they know what they are doing.
