The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with a microwave and fridge which helped keep the travel budget within reason. I found this room to be super value for the money. The location could have been more convenient but there is an excellent public transportation system in San Antonio so it's not hard to get where you need to go. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a problem at check-in (not related to this hotel) and the manager was patient, kind, and offered assistance to get the problem solved. This made my stay completely stress free, and was much appreciated. I stayed for a week, and housekeeping services were top notch. Very glad I chose to stay at this hotel.
