First time I neeeded to return a plant. I took it home to see if it would look good in a certain part of the flower bed. I decided to return it ( within 12 hours ) . It was still in the original container, was never planted, in perfect condition. When I tried to return it I was told by the lady who looked totally could care less, that they do not take returns or exchanges of plants. I will certainly let my friends in my garden club know to boycot this company. Obviously, customer service is not important to them.
