My daughter was involved in an automobile accident and unfortunately for us this is the company that Largo contracts with. The accident happened only a few days ago and the way these people are behaving you would of thought they had been storing her car for years! We asked to retrieve her license tag and were told that if my daughter did not pay them they intended on filing a lien against her license as well as future purchase of an auto. When asked for a bill we were told that they would not provide a bill until I paid them and came up with an amount. I have never heard of such a thing. It has been my experience that you are given a bill first. Items were also missing from her car, they were indifferent and we were told to file a police report. Would not recommend them if they were the only company in Pinellas County and we do intend on filing reports and complaints against them.
