Employees involved: Bill Yarborough and technicians, George and Odie. These people knew their stuff. Job involved defining the problem ( a failed evaporator on the smaller of two AC units at my home), replacing the evaporator, evacuating and recharging the system. Upon completion, the unit performed than when new 13 years ago. It may be that the evaporator was defective when new. I am a petroleum engineer (but degreed as a mechanical engineer) and could readily relate to the required work.
