Katharina was wonderful...welcoming and inquisitive, so as to give me just the cut I wanted (without my necessarily knowing/prescribing it)! I am rather low maintenance with hair, but was looking for a stylish, professional cut. Katharina really impressed me. Trio is modern without being pretentious--I've found a fabulous salon, tucked in the burbs. Yay!
