Really poor repair... and even worse customer service. after 40 days on a "5 day" repair and the second attempt to repair poor work after 21 days waiting for the to repair the bad work. Pictures documenting drywall showing an poor painting and failed repairs I recieved the following response from ASR's Mnagement "......We will give this one more shot as we are not painting the Sistine Chapel here and we are only obliged to perform the work to "Industry Standards" not microscopic inspections. This will be the last trip we will make to this residence, end of conversation! This is the last e-mail I will respond to and the end of this subject." This is the response to a dissatisfied consumer forced to endure over a month of delays and bad customer service. RESPONSE FROM ASR Construction: Mr. Powell, We hate to hear that you are dissatisfied with the work to repair the damaged drywall around your window that was caused by a leak. When our customers are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. We take it very seriously when we fall short of our customers expectations. Being that this was a Home Owner Association issue, they provided the scope of work that was to be done. After many attempts, we went above and beyond that scope of work to satisfy you by texturing and painting entire walls when we were being paid to blend the texture and paint in that area only. We apologize that there was any mis-communication between you, the Association Manager and ASR Construction. Next time we will make sure everyone knows what is to be expected. Meanwhile, we appreciate your associations business and look forward to being of service in the future. more
