Apple recommended I come here for my hard drive replacement but these reviews made me think twice about it. I did eventually go in and I got my computer back the same day completely repaired with all my data! I can see why people avoid it though, the building is a dump and it's a sketchy neighborhood to be taking your expensive computer.
