This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had! If this is what they consider pride/excellent customer service then they need to resubmit the definitions to webster!!! The Logistics manager is very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to attempt to provide customer satisfaction. They showed up at my house at 7:30 a.m, after informing me they would schedule me at the end of the day(after I informed them I had to work). They informed me they would call me on my mobile 30 minutes prior to arrival. They left messages on my work number(which they must have received from caller id), because I gave them my mobile number as a contact number. Yet they said I never provided a mobile number, even though I received a voice message on my mobile to schedule the move. Their idea of excellent customer service is ( calling the customer a liar!!!) I was told that he didn't believe me and that I was ""FIRED as a customer"" and cancelled my move!!! He didn't like my attitude....which was simply informing him of the information that I had been given when the move was scheduled!! Mighty movers...Ha!...more like Miserable Movers!! more
