My external hard drive was corrupted and I had years of photos saved on it. Ztech is convenient to my work so I thought I would bring it in. Nick was very accomodating and explained the process to me. There is a $95 fee for the initial workup and then the actual cost for the recovery is a bit pricey, but I was willing to pay for it since there was no other way to recover these files. They were able to recover my pictures and even the deleted items. I am very happy with the results and Nick advised me on ways to back-up better in the future. Thanks so much Nick for everything!!
