This place is so unprofessional!! It starts off with me buying a transmission. I pay for it over the phone. A few days pass and I call back to confirm the delivery date and time, and they tell me they cancelled the order because ?someone? told them to. I re-order the tranny again, but now they want a signature from the credit cardholder for it to be purchased, so we had to drive to Sac. Basically, they?re unorganized. They keep losing my order form and they don?t call you back to inform or confirm anything. I asked them to deliver, my mechanic waits 2 hours for them and they never showed up. I call back and they say they changed the delivery to another day. Hello?! Why didn?t anyone inform me?
