We summoned Secure Data Recovery Services to come to our aid when we suffered a hardware failure and the RAID volume in our server was unrecoverable. The last backup we had dated from 2003. Although we maintained copies of some of the data, we did lose all our clients' account info, which was obviously very important. Thankfully, Secure Data Recovery Services was able to sort out the issue and recover the data on our failed server. Their technicians evidently know what they're doing, and so they have our recommendation.
