Mike is great to work with. He is very prompt in notifying me of what repairs need to be made, how much the cost will be and whether the service can be deferred.
What I really like is that he is not pushy, he just communicates the facts. I will wholeheartedly recommend Kniesel's to anyone who asks.
You folks also have another great benefit to your customers, in that Enterprise Rent-a-car is in the same building. It makes it very convenient for me to leave my car with you because I don't have to worry about transportation.
