Tommy seems like a nice guy, but my experience with his service was horrible.
He assured me he had worked out all the details with the insurance company for payment, so I decide to use him. I left my car with him an extra week because I went on vacation. If there were any issues he should have pick up the phone and called me.
When I return to pick up my care, he said he had not received one of the two check from the insurance company. He call them on the speaker phone and started arguing with Allstate, and said he would not release my car. They were willing to expedite him the check, but he was totally unprofessional, he was yelling at the Allstate girl on the phone. I paid the total cost so I could pick up my car and requested Allstate to send me a reimbursement check which they agreed to.
After I got the car Home I noticed a 2 inch section which they had sanded but did not paint, and they did not connect up one of my turn signals.
Very Poor Quality Work and Very Unprofessional behavior.
