I ordered my son's suit on May 11. The website said three day shipping upgrade, so I felt comfortable that there was enough time for the suit to get here before his prom on May 21. On May 14, I called because I had not received any information about shipping. I was told that we should receive the suit by May 17. Soon after I received a UPS Quantum email saying that they UPS label had been issued. May 17, they was no indication of any UPS activity, and we had not received the suit. May 18, I was told that they had probably not closed the account out in the computer and that the suit was probably in route. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My son may not have anything to wear to the prom if they do not hurry up and ship the suit. I only live 3 hours from LA. It should not take that long.
