I had gotten an estimate from MAACO in Humble. By the time I had made all the arrangements with my insurance company to have the work done I called the number on the estimate. The person who answered the phone told me the Humble location was out of business and I had to bring my work to them 20miles away on the other side of town. I thought that was strange and called a MAACO customer service number. The customer service agent asked if I would like to file a complaint against MAACO in Humble? I told them NO!! I wanted to file a complaint against MAACO corporate and this other shop who were telling me I had to drive across town. I'm not sure what's going on with MAACO and changing telephone numbers and lying to people. MAACO wasted a lot of my time and ruined my plans. Who do these people think they are?
I finally went to the shop that used to be MAACO in Humble. I can see why they do not want to be associated with MAACO anymore.
