I had an acute situation with a toilet backing up into the bathtub, leaking over the bathroom floor, and a heavy leak down in the basement. I called Roto-Rooter in Hartford a little before 8 am and they had a plumber (Eddie) at my house shortly after 9 am, I am impressed. The plumber was very professional, polite and got the job done before noon. The pricing was reasonable and I wasn?t ?oversold? on any additional work or products, I was well informed during the whole process about the work and potential additional costs. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs, a great service, thank you!
