I recently went to the parts department to purchase some accessories for my daughters used Ford Fusion. The parts person, Donnie, was very helpful in getting exactly what I wanted for her car. Later when I got home I realized I had forgotten to see if they had a specific trunk accessory and had to call back. Thomas answered the phone and helped me order this item. All of them were very friendly, helpful, and most importantly patient with me when half the time I wasn't real sure what I wanted to get her. Keep up the great work!!
