My water heater exploded. That is the only way I can describe what happened in my basement. There was water everywhere and I had no idea how to turn it off or what I should do or who I should call. I called Mr. Rooter and I think it is very fortunate that I did. The plumber showed up so fast and got my situation under control. He was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and everyone out there can appreciate someone who knows what they are suppose to be doing. He had my whole issue resolved in about 5 hours, and when it first started I thought it would be days at the least before I was going to have hot water again. Mr. Rooter did an awesome job for me and I am really glad I called them and I will continue to call them for their excellent service.
