I had been in an auto accident, and unfortunately didn't have comprehensive insurance. A few weeks prior, I had met Michelle, the owner of The Body Shop, Inc., at a business leaders meeting. After the accident, the tow truck driver had taken my vehicle to a shop with really high prices, and I immediately thought of Michelle. I got in touch and she quoted me a really good price, so I took my business to her.
The repairs took about a month to complete, during which time I was regularly kept updated as to the progress of the repairs. When I picked the car up there was one cosmetic piece still on backorder, but when it arrived they got in touch and put it on for me. The Body Shop is definitely concerned with the person, and not just the car. I ended up spending about $10,000 out of pocket, and when that kind of money is involved, the little things really count.
I had a good experience with The Body Shop, and I would use them again. They are a very reputable business, and you don't have to worry about your car when you use them.
