Service tech Carl showed up for spring AC unit inspection. I watched him on camera NOT do any of the work he invoiced. No inspection panels were opened none of the testing he claimed was done. He was in and out in 10 minutes although every other tech in the past has claimed that it is a very hard unit to work on because of tight space and hard to access components and takes about 30 minutes to perform inspection. Contacted "Les" the manager and he claimed Carl is usually pretty good and maybe it was just a mental thing because temps are supposed to be over 100 today here in the DC area and maybe he was just eager to get to his next call.
