I went there a couple of times for oil changes, fluids checked, tune-ups and a timing belt with coupons. during the last oil change, they broke my the handle to pop open the hood. A newer man was at the front desk and informed me about it but refused to replace it. He said that they didn't break it, It just came off and it could have happened anywhere. He went on about how those parts do come off and I can purchase a new handle for $70.00. 1. He wasn't the mechanic working on my car. 2. It did break at their shop while being serviced. 3. He Denied it. Then he offered to show me how I can take a my own pliers and pull this metal thing to pop the hood open and was rude with attitude.
I went to a different auto service company and they said my fluids had not been changed and my timing belt was off alignment some. They did confirm the belt was new.
I would not recommend any of my family or friends to Honest-1 Auto Care. They definitely did not live up to the name.
