I had my Amana fridge/freezer/ice maker stop working. Grim!! I e-mailed Famous Appliance requesting information and promptly received a response indicating what Famous Appliance could do for me. It turned out great! They were able to come out that same day! I was told they would send someone out between 3 and 6 (my choice), and I received a phone call close to 3 and Ben, the service man, was there right on schedule! He had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck! Didn't have to wait for someone to go get parts, etc., which was really nice! I'm impressed with the customer service, which is lacking most times in this day and age. Thank you Famous Appliance!
