I used to work at UW... actually, I was one of the original team members :) Now, I have the lovely experience of being on the client side of all things Urban Waxx! It is a wee bit surreal arriving and having a seat in the lobby... not that I mind the tasty snacks and beverages!
Don't think for one hot second that because I am UW alumni that this review is less legit... if anything, I hold things to an even higher standard, being both an Esthetician and a former UW team member.
Walking into UW, being greeted with such cheery, ladies I can't help but smile... here you are among friends. Seriously. The service is professional, graceful and kind... so refreshing these days!
Miss Megan gave me my Brazilian yesterday and, as always, she did a FANTASTIC job!!! Fast as a snap, yet perfectly thorough... hooray! Thank you Megs, I always wish it took longer so we could keep chatting :)
