On Saturday, 5/14, my son's 14 birthday, I attempted to replace the cartridge in my single handle Moen kitchen faucet only to encounter repeated leaks. A simple repair when reviewed on-line. No one will come out on short notice on a Saturday however Roto-Rooter was here within an hour. They replaced the faucet however the interesting thing was the plumber "Charles" interest in getting to the root cause. I have dual water heaters and after checking the water pressure indicated my temperature settings were set way too high by the previous plumber causing exterme thermal shock on the faucet internals over time. It is important to get to the root cause. My service was prompt and professional and I will use Roto-Rooter in the future and recommend them.
