I was amazed at the professionalism by the technician that came to my home. He not only listened to the problem I was describing, but he also completed a thorough check of the other drains to make sure they weren't in danger of becoming clogged any time soon. Took the time to explain everything to me. In all, he was there about 20 to 25 minutes. To top it off, he left absolutely no mess. WOW!!!!! For future reference, they will be the only ones I will call.
