And it's not canned, it is a real person answering your questions. These guys care about your special day, and about customer service. I love them so much, I talked my brother in to buying his fiance's ring there, and guess what, it's awesome!! And when my other brother pops the question, he will be buying from them too. I am getting ready to order the matching band this week. I cant say enough good things about this place, they are trustworthy and do beautiful work.
