I just moved to Cape Cod and was nervous to get my haircut at a new salon, but I was told when I made my hair appointment that if I wasn't happy with my hair, that they would fix it for free. They would rather have a happy, repeat customer, then have me go somewhere else dissatisfied. I had a color and highlight. The color was OK; it could have used a few more highlights, but it was OK. The haircut was abolutely awful. The stylist didn't even seem to hold the scissors properly. My family even said my hair looked awful. When I notified the salon, they set me up with another appointment with the same incompetent stylist. My mistake to let her cut my hair twice. The second time she cut off a lot more hair and it looked worse. When I called the salon and let them know how awful my hairstyle was, they said that I could have the same incompetent stylist cut my hair again, or I could pay for a more qualified stylist to cut my hair again. No refund on the initial dissaster.
I have worn my hair the same way for 20+ years and have had several different haristylists as I have lived in 4 different cities, so I know my hair is not that difficult to style. I have never had as bad a haircut as I got at Solstice. The customer satisfaction that the promised me is non-existent.
