After reading all of the reviews I wished that I would have done so before making my purchase of my sectional in May 2010. I purchased the furniture and the quality is terrible as many consumers have identified. I am a return customer and have made three purchases from Room to Go. Initially I did not feel displeased as many of you do until I started having problems with the stitching in the cushion. I called RTG and explained my situation and the technician came out as stated in a timely manner. The cushion was replaced after two attempts. The driver brought the wrong cushion the first time, then the second time they replaced the cusion as promised. Time was wasted, but the cushion was replaced. I thought that was the end of my ordeal, but another cushion started splitting at the seam and the process started again.This time I was told that the furniture was discontinued and that I had 30 days to choose another piece of furniture and they wil deliver and exchange out at no cost
