Terrible customer service !!!! One of the worst stores in L.A ! Why ? I remember my last visit there. I tried to buy some food and was 1st in line to cashier. I waited cashier for about 10 minutes because nobody was there to serve buyers. But cashier without any value reason refused to serve me. I have no idea why, but he called other customer who was in line after me and served him instead of me. They've talked in their native language (not English) and discussed something. I asked manager or superviser to resolve this problem. But with no result ! No body wished to serve me. Cashier said lies that other customer was ""on a middle of transaction"" when I came. Lie ! I was 1st in line, other customer, probably a friend of cashier, was behind of me. Maybe they hate red-haired girls because one of them said something about my red hair. I heard that because they said that in their native language and word ""red-haired"" was said in my native language. Ok, I guess that originally before coming to Hollywood those people lived in same country where I lived, and they keep talking in native language, guesse that others will not understand. Anyway, there was no reason to refuse to serve customer. No matter what color of hair I have, they have to serve me normally because I'm customer. I was in line, but they refused to serve me only because they dislike my hair. Terrible store. Also their prices on meat and kefir are 35% higtier than in similar stores.
