would never recommend anyone to go here. I was going to their office for the first time for Botox. I called to schedule and they said that I could come in for a 3:45 appt. They told me to come early though, so I got there at 3:30. I didn't see anyone until after 4:30. Instead of being truly apologetic, Dr. Doering said - ""Well, technically your appt wasn't until 4."" UMMMMM ..... NO - it was at 3:45, I was told to get there at 3:30. Botox should be a quick in and out process. I hate when people are wrong, but they just make up excuses instead of agreeing and truly apologizing.
