I originally bought my laptop at a big name store and wasn't going to pay an additional $300 for an extended warranty. So when I started having problems with it I went to PC Outlet to get it fixed.The repair tech was able to fix my problem, upgrade the memory so it would run faster, and then rushed the order. Now I know that I should've gone there from the start. Great service.
