We have used Vogler Brothers for years now to clean our septic system. They are very honest, show up when they say they will and are very reliable. We have lived in our home for 12 years. We call them every 2 years to clean out our septic system and have never had an issue. It upsets us that they received a few negative reviews. They ask for your credit card information because unfortunately people do not always pay their bills on time or they bounce checks. This is a business folks. They have been in business since 1927. We think that says something. We have had to give ourr credit card information or write a check to other vendors before they begin work on our home. This should not be a reason not to use them. We judge a business on whether they show up when they promise, complete the job and are reliable. Sometimes people only write reviews when they are unhappy or want to complain. We have been very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend Vogler Brothers to our friends and neighbors.
