Worst experience in my life 4/28/2011

Sorry ahead of time for the length of the post.\r \r The first time I went to Joan I asked her t fix a hole in my tooth. Instead she offered to fix 3 other ""cavities,"" this was my first time at a dentist since a child so i agreed. She wasnt only rude but her assistant was incompitant. She had her office chair stuck under my bed after the ""dentist"" tried to lower me which ripped the air and water chord. When i asked for a cup of water to rinse my mouth of the blood and broked tooth particals she told me she was too buisy repairing the damage her assistant had caused.\r \r The second time I went there she had a new assistant. This one wasnt much better. The dentist had her mixing the filling material at the same time she was filling my mouth with water and almost drowned me. The dentist had to remind her to suck the water out of my mouth while it was overflowing. This time she didnt tell me she wasnt fixing the tooth i originally went there for. Instead i was suprised to see a root canal and 2 new fillings.\r \r The third and last time i went there she had yet again a new assistant. This one wasnt bad. He looked as if he was being taught on the job though. She AGAIN didnt fix the correct tooth and was very rude to not only me but her assistant as well. \r \r I noticed on her website she doesnt mention that she uses silver fillings with mercury in them and possibly lead. Well thats what i currently have in my mouth. 8 of them! She never even told me or offered another option. She seemed very drill happy. For every pin-holed hole in my tooth she drilled 75%-95% of the tooth out. Now i have no insurance to go see a real dentist to fix the damage she has caused.\r \r This is completely unreasonable behavior and completely unprofessional. She hides behind a liscence tricking people into thinking there seeing a dentist instead of the butcher she really is.\r \r P.S. yea, every tooth she worked on was very sensitive for weeks to a month and one of them even broke under the pressure of the filling she crammed into it as hard as she could, literally shaking my head she was pushing it in so hard. And one of the women behind the desk called me saying i had an appointment, after i got there (only to talk to her) i learned she had quit or been fired the same day. more
